About

I started out running production infrastructure at an internet service provider in Bangladesh, where I handled routing, DNS, and monitoring for a live network. I then came to Edmonton for a Master of Science in Computing Science (Internetworking) at the University of Alberta, with hands-on lab work across Cisco and Juniper gear, Active Directory, virtualization, and automation.

Today I work full-time on Best Buy's Geek Squad team, diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems for customers every day. I'm looking for a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or IT Support role where I can put both sides of that experience to work.
